We also collect usage data about pages you visit and time spent on our site. We collect technical error logs to identify and fix bugs. We track your referral source to understand how you found us.
All file conversions happen entirely in your browser using JavaScript. We do not upload files to our servers. We never store, cache, or retain your files. Ever. Your data exists only on your device.
Files are automatically cleared from memory when you close the browser tab. We do not monitor, log, or track the content of your files.
Important: Since all processing happens on your device, we have no access to your files. This means we cannot help recover accidentally deleted files or assist with file content issues. This is the trade-off for complete privacy.
We use anonymous analytics data only for service improvement and optimization. We identify and fix bugs based on technical error reports. We understand which tools users prefer to guide feature development. We detect and prevent abuse and spam. We meet GDPR, CCPA, and other legal compliance requirements.
We never sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your files are never stored - we use 100% client-side processing. Analytics data is retained for 90 days, then deleted. Session cookies are deleted on logout; persistent cookies have a 1-year expiry. Account data is deleted 30 days after account deletion request.
We use TLS/HTTPS encryption - all data in transit is encrypted. Our secure architecture uses Web Workers to isolate file processing. File contents are never logged or stored. We keep all dependencies current with regular security patches and updates.
Fix2Pdf is not intended for children under 13 years old. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We process data securely across multiple regions for optimal performance and redundancy. We comply with international data protection standards including GDPR (European Union), CCPA (California), Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
